Henry Grant

Henry Grant Lloyd was born in England and came out to Van Diemen’s Land with his family in 1840. He travelled extensively, documenting places he visited using his ever-present sketch book. The images of Mt Wellington on these pages are all sourced from the State Library of NSW, and come from his two books, Sketches of Tasmania, 1846-1903.
