Walker shelters at the Springs

Several shelters built for walkers at the Springs over the years. They ranged from Lady Franklin’s time through to the Springs Hotel years until today.

HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE

In 2018 the Park’s Trust decided that the Springs Upper Shelter shed #2 should be a high priority place for nomination to the Tasmanian Heritage Register.
