HOBART LOCAL HISTORIC LANDSCAPE PRECINCT

In June 2023 ENSHRINE recast its Cultural Landscape Precinct planning scheme amendment into a Representation for a Local Historic Landscape Precinct under Hobart’s new planning scheme: The Hobart Local Provisions Schedule.

You can read our Representation below. Our Precinct was assessed by Council staff as “… supportable subject to modifications and limitations on the scope and extent.” That appraisal will be considered by Hobart City Council in February and then have its day in the Tasmanian Planning Commission.
